A great number of people get to a certain part of their life and decide to produce a biography in the form of a book. It is often something they want to do for themselves and more often for their family.
It is also regarded as a social history, which local and national Libraries are very pleased to receive a copy of. The book may hold pictures descriptions of a town, which has long since been lost.
Our customers often print out a number of copies in A4 format and bring them in to bind (sometimes they ring us first to ask questions about the layout etc.) We also get memoirs and family history books from other sources.
We work on a regular basis with a company called Heir-Line, who specialise in tracing as much detail as possible about the family history. (see our links page for more information).
